FAQ-001	Is it possible to substitute components in a Fire Pump Controller? Every single component installed in a fire pump controller built by Tornatech has been submitted to each approval agency prior to the listing of the controller. Only identical original parts can be used for repair or replacement. Substitution of parts would void listing and manufacturer's warranty. Parts can be purchased from Tornatech.
FAQ-002	Who is authorized to service a fire pump controller? Only Tornatech or our authorized representatives are authorized to service Tornatech Fire Pump Controllers.
FAQ-003	What are Tornatech's standard deliveries? A standard delivery depends on the type of controller. Electric fire pump controllers without transfer switch: 2 to 3 weeks. Electric fire pump controllers with a transfer switch: 3 to 4 weeks. Diesel fire pump controllers: 2 to 3 weeks. Jockey pump controllers or alarm panels: 1 to 2 weeks. Industrial pump controllers: depending on mix of options.
