PRODUCT UPDATE: Tornatech NFPA GFx Series and Model GFD fire pump controllers will now be equipped with the ViZiTouch 2.1 operator interface.

We are delighted to announce that our Model GFD & GFx Series fire pump controllers, built to NFPA 20 standards, have been upgraded with our new ViZiTouch 2.1 operator interface.

In addition to the overall look of the operator interface being given a more modern look, the upgrade offers two major changes. The first being the touch screen going from a 4” capacitive type touch screen to a 7” resistive type touch screen. The resistive type offers the same feel as your smartphone and provides greater impact protection. Secondly, the ViZiTouch 2.1 will have an embedded audible alarm (buzzer type) which will replace the alarm bell. It will have the same dB characteristics as the alarm bell and in addition, offer the capability of adjusting the volume in certain situations. All other features and functionalities including menu navigation remain the same as the ViZiTouch V1.0.

Note that our model numbers have remained the same and this upgrade does not affect the dimensions of the NFPA20 fire pump controllers. Our website has been updated with the latest marketing and technical information.
