Tornatech Inc. (Laval) is now LEED certified. The Leadership in Environmental Certification and Energy Design, is an evaluation system recognized as the international brand of excellence for sustainable buildings in more than 150 countries. LEED certification provides independent, third-party verification that a building was designed and built using strategies aimed at achieving high performance in key areas of human and environmental health: location and transportation, sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection and indoor environmental quality.
